Ionic stopped charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have bought two Ionics and the second one just died this week. Both of them lasted around 13 months. They turn off (with a good charge) and show "0"% battery and will NOT charge or turn on.

This is the same issue I see in many posts. Unless there is a fix, I'm going to change brands soon!

I love them while working, but cannot justify buying a new one every year!!!
