All if a sudden my ionic stopped connecting to the WiFi. There is no reason why. We’ve tried a the resetting tricks.

Haven’t heard anything from my support since Saturday. Waiting to see what happens. Hopefully they find out if hackers have been busy. We have 2 Premium membership ionics in family not working with iOS right now.

Same here. Today my Ionic started into a reboot loop. I figured out that the app (Android) was causing it. Cleared app data & cache, logged back in and was solved. But I noticed that I cannot connect to WiFi nor change watch face.

I have an IPhone, but used to love Fitbit. It’s just around 16 months old and worked just fine till this happened. It seems like all Fitbit products only last one year or a little more, so this time I went expensive hoping for better made. DIDN’T get that.
I even have premium. Pi—-es me off.
I’m going to try either an unknown or Apple Watch!
Luckily it still counts steps so I have time to decide.
If I get any results I’ll let you know.

Got in touch with Fitbit and went through all the steps again (of course) and nothing. Big waste of time. He said he would refer my case higher up, but haven’t heard anything. Now my husbands ionic which is newer isn’t tracking steps and draining battery, we can see slight background light on always! If I don’t get response I will call my charge card.

thanks for responding/ None of the approaches fixed the ionic. It still won't connect to wifi.

Now the Ionic i bought for my husband has stopped counting steps and has a background light on all the time draining the battery. we have tried all the approaches on his watch  and got nowhere!

So now I have 2 not working and no way to get my premium memberships for both refunded, since i payed a yearly fee on both.!!

There is no way that this is not a problem Fitbit should just let all of their loyal ;members sit and get no fix. Shame on FitBit!! There are too many of the Ionic failures being tossed to the wind!
