Yes'r a restart.

Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons through a couple of screen flashes until the fitbit logo comes up. Now let go and let the screen go blank and return to your clock face.

I tried to reset but mine still doesn’t measure heart rate or count steps.

note that I had done the full factory reset prior as my heart rate measurement was constantly going above 180 even when resting and the step counter was constantly counting even when I wasn’t walking.

Same issue with my ionic. I have performed multiple resets, but still not getting heart rate measured or steps and distance counted. It was working fine a few days ago. Help??

Or it might be time to look a lot something more reliable...
