Ionic stopped counting steps and recording heart beat

For the last 2 days my iconic has considered me a dead corpse.

 

It doesn't count steps, it doesn't register my heat beat, doesn't track my sleep. 

 

I've rebooted it a few times.

 

However my app does recognize it as there are no errors and it did give me low battery warning.

Hi Gary,

I will follow your post as my Ionic started doing me the same today.

I wanted to restart it and now it's stuck in a boot-loop.

I hope we will get a clear answer!

Go to ‘settings’ then ‘about’ scroll to bottom and hit ‘shut down’ wait a few minutes then hold left button to turn back in and see if it starts working again... mine has.
