Ionic stopped counting steps, stopped measuring heartbeat, not flipping on when wrist is moved

HI My Ionic is having issues. It has the following issues:

1. Not measuring steps - I did a 2 km and walk and said I did 93 steps.

2. Not measuring heart rate at all. Not on the clock face or when I connect to the app. The back light for measuring heart rate isn't on at all.

3. Doesn't flick on when I flick my wrist. I have to press the left button to get it to work.

4. The battery life is really short. I charged it overnight and two hours later its used 30%.

I have done the following:

1. Reset by pressing the left and the bottom right buttons

2. Done a factory reset.

3. Checked that the heartrate measuring is on and that the auto turn on is on

@fecrispy sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. It sounds like you have tried the usual diagnostics to try and sort it. What I would suggest now is to contact customer support so they can take a closer look and assist you further.
