Ionic stopped his life no charge any more

My ionic today was out of power.

I charged in the normal way and after 3 ours I took away from the charger. The smart watch was very hot and not charged any more.

what have I to do? I love it and I don’t want to throw it away.

can you help me please ?

Your best bet is to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) or wherever you purchased the device and see if they would be willing to do an exchange with you.
