My Ionic is not moving daily exercise to my weekly days of exercise. On the attachment you can see the activity on the day but not in the recent exercise. It used to log this automatically. How do I get it to automatically move activity to my week active day total?
Thanks

@Activegeekgirl Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with recent exercises not showing.
By any chance, do you see in your activity history any exercise logged? The activities shown there are the ones that will show under "Recent Exercises".
If your watch failed to automatically track your activity; you can always manually log it. You can also use the Exercise app on your Ionic to track exercises.
If your watch is not automatically tracking activities anymore; please perform a restart on it.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()

Restarting the watch did not fix the problem. Automatic tracking worked for months and just recently stopped working. Manual tracking causes changes in active time. Main page shows 201 active time. I log the sport manually and my active time changed to 99 minutes. Do you have other suggestions ?

@Activegeekgirl Thanks for your reply and for trying those steps.
It is very strange that it stopped tracking your exercises automatically. Please check if the "Auto-Exercise Recognition" option is "on". You can check this out at the online dashboard's device settings.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()

I have been exercising for last 4 days. My Ionic tracked my exercise as 'walk' on first day and since then everything updates on the app except 'weekly exercise'. Its still stuck on Day 1.
I had Charge HR before and I had not seen this issue before. It would automatically track spinning, elliptical or treadmill and show the exercise in the breakdown of the session. Not anymore on Ionic. To me adding the exercise manually is not a workable idea.
There are auto recognized exercises set to default '15+ minutes' but except 'walk' nothing gets tracked.
I have spinning on my laptop dashboard as one of the exercises. I have it on the Ionic app too but spinning does not show up on Fitbit App. I use Android phone.

@stalal Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you are currently having with Ionic auto recognized exercises. Thanks for checking that those are enabled on your profile.
In this case, you could try performing a restart on your Ionic. This should help to get the other type of activities to start tracking. You could also change the length of them; maybe 10 minutes instead of 15 and keep checking how it goes.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
