I have just encountered my ionic stop syncing and updating with the app and i have tried resetting it deleting the app and reinstalling it and everything they have asked me to do but its just not right. It corrects itself for a short period of time and when you wake up in the morning can be 30 minutes out of sync. The company are very disappointing as this device is only just 2 years old and i feel totally let down. Anybody with any suggestions please.
