My Ionic has suddenly stopped syncing to my phone after the firmwear update. I have completed a full factory reset on it and this still hasn't resolved the problem. The time is also wrong on the watch face and my phone blutooth doesn't pick up the ionic when I unpair and reinstall the app.

Hi,
I found if you make sure your fitbit ap on the Phone is updated, always check
reset phone after updating if needed
then
Turn Fitbit off using settings.
Turn back on.
For the fitbit reset, make sure you Hold the left Button and lower right until the logo appears.
Then reset phone again
Hope that helps. it worked for me.
My Phone was also connected to Wifi when i did all that, not sure if it matters but i could see how.

I have the up to date app installed and I've tried resetting the Ionic, turning my phone off and on,uninstalling the app, turning bluetooth on and off and unparing my Ionic with my phone and the app in various combinations. None of this has worked and has in fact made it worse as my phone is no longer picking up the Ionic on bluetooth to pair with it. Tried connecting by bluetooth to a different phone and that isn't finding the Ionic to pair to either.
