Ionic stopped tracking and has lines on screen

It no longer keeps track of steps, heart rate, and has lines going through the screen. I have tried restarting it and no change. I looked to see if there was an update I missed but it says it is up to date. Up until 4 days ago I had absolutely no issues with the iconic.

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I restarted it. All of a sudden there was strips going through the screen. After a few days like that the screen went black. The green light by the sensors stays on all the time now even while it is on the charger. I can't get any response out if the display now.
