Ionic stopped tracking heart rate

I am using IONIC band from almost 2 years and suddenly last week it did record everything apart from heartrate.

IONIC band didn't record heartrate on 31stDec2020, 2ndJan2021, 4thJan2021, 6thJan2021, 7thJan2021

I tried restarting Fitbit as well as my phone several times. I cleaned it properly. Also tried disconnecting device and repairing on bluetooth.

Nothing helped and heartrate is still not getting captured. Can you please help ?

I am receiving call and texts, also steps and calories burnt getting captured appropriately.

Only problem with heartrate.

Since I am using this for around 2 years and I never faced this kind of issue, I am pretty sure place and the way I am wearing it is not a concern.

My last heartrate was recorded on Tuesday and since then its completely blank.

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you've tried to turn off the heart rate setting on your watch (open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting Off), restart the device and then turn the heart rate setting On?
