Ionic stopped tracking my heart rate

A few minutes ago my ionic stopped tracking my heart rate. I have cleaned the sensor and turned it off and back on. I have switched arms and loosening the band.....This is the first issue I've had with this Fitbit

Try restarting your Ionic by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo). Also go into the settings app on your device and confirm that heart rate is set to on.
