Ionic stopped tracking sleep and steps

My first Ionic broke open and died after 7 months. Today the replacement stopped tracking sleep, steps and activities. This watch is not worth the money, I am truly disappointed with my Fitbit experience.

@Dano65 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. I would like you to restart your Ionic and try the steps mentioned in this article for watches that aren't tracking sleep. 

Additionally, please reply to the following questions: 

- Is your Ionic tracking less steps than other days or is it not tracking no steps?
- Are your SmartTrack activities not being tracked automatically?
- Are you not receiving normal sleep or sleep stages?
