Since firmware update last week, my sleeping graphs every single day have a basic view showing only restless and awake.
I've never had that happen for an entire week and I've been sleeping close to 8 hours (ive been sleep the same pattern as I always do).
Since the update the graph won't produce the deep sleep/rem stages.
Fitbit Ionic
Firmware: 27.72.1.15

Hello @RichieIonic. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you very much for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Ionic by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, I'd like to let you know that there are some factors that could prevent the sleep stages to be recorded. At this time, I'd recommend taking into consideration the following information:
For more information, you can see: What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope this helps.

At least it's not just me, i have reset my watch to see if it has any effect if that fails it's a fitbit bug that needs fixing asap.

I will provide an update tomorrow to see if a restart has any effect on the graph showing correctly

You will find that the update has killed some part of your ionics function mine is 6months old and like you no longer records sleep and heart rate recording is on and off have done everything the help bods suggest even factory reset still crocked
As mine is in warranty getting a replacement

This is exactly the case.
Ive done a restart, and wore it to bed like normal and the exact same results showing with the graph.
We can deduce the firmware update has removed functionality.
What are Fitbit doing to resolve this or are they doing an old school Apple Inc. Move so we have to purchase their newest products?

I have already stated my verdict on this post but i will also reply to yourself .
I have restarted my watch and wore it to bed as normal and the results are exactly the same.
We can deduce the firmware update has removed functionality to the Fitbit Ionic.
What are Fitbit doing to resolve this and in what timeframe?

I have tried all of the above and still do not get reliable or consistant sleep reports. Last night for example, my fitbit said to wear fitbit to bed. I am sure I slept at least 6 hours but would like to know more about sleep quality. This is my 2nd fitbit and the prior one had same issue.
