Even though I've bought an Apple Watch 4 for my daytime use, I still found the Ionic better for sleep data. However, since July 7, my Ionic has stopped recording my sleep time and I don't know why. It fits snugly on my wrist, haven't changed any settings. Please help.

Welcome to the Community @Pancho08. I appreciate the details mentioned.
Thanks for checking that no settings have changed. I would like you to try the following troubleshooting:
- Manually sync your watch
- Try sleeping with your Ionic on your non-dominant hand
Can you let me know if it's not tracking your sleep stages or only sleep data?
Let me know how it goes.

My Fitbit Ionic occasionally stops recording sleep. Usually I can get it back in working order by following suggestions from the community forum-update app, turn bluetooth off and on, restart Fitbit, restart iPhone, etc. None of these are now working and I was wondering if there are other things to try.

Hey @Beth8791 and @Pancho08. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm glad to hear that your Ionic is tracking your sleep now @Pancho08.
Welcome to the Community @Beth8791. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the research done in the forums. I would like you to confirm that you've tried the procedure I posted above. Can you let me know if you're not receiving any sleep data?
Keep me posted.
