Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mamanna. Thank you for your reply, @Yorkie12.

@Yorkie12 I understand your concern. Since you've been working with our Support team regarding this issue, I recommend to get in touch with them again since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.

@Mamanna I am sorry that you are going through the same situation. I understand how you are feeling and recommend doing the following:

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

For complete troubleshooting instructions to resolve the issue with heart rate, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps.
