Ionic, stopped tracking steps and heart rate; buttons on back not lit; fully charged

I have updated the Ionic, restarted, removed and reconnected the device. It has correct time and updates from the Fitbit APP but doesn't track HR or steps. It was working fine until 9pm last night then stopped tracking.

Affects me too, having the same problem... not counting steps, but was fine previously

Noticed the same issue with my tracker this morning.  Time is accurate but steps and other things stopped working.

I bought a Versa3. It is clear that this Ionic is done. No longer useful.
Out of warranty in October.
