Ionic stopped tracking steps and heart rate.

Suddenly my Ionic stopped displaying steps and heart rate. I downloaded the newest app and removed/reconnected my Ionic to the app and nothing helps.

*Update: Held left and lower right buttons until the unit restarted. It now displays steps and heart rate.

@dzyngwmn2018 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the update on this post. I'm really glad to read that the restart steps helped you out to get the steps and heart rate to show on your watch. 

 

I'm sure this will be helpful for other users too. I will leave the restart steps here so other users can check them out and try them too.
