Ionic just stopped tracking my steps and heart rate. I have tried all troubleshooting and still nothing.

I am also having the same issue. Have tried all the different fixes suggested in the community but no joy. Sometimes it comes right after a restart but not always and it stops working again within a few more hours...

Data like steps, sleep, heart rate, etc are not recorded even though I wore it all the while. The battery runs out very quickly, about half a day after full recharge. I have asked for a change for a new one twice already

I am experiencing the same issue. I have tried all the suggested fixes but it’s still not working. This is the first time this issue has happened to me. I am wondering if it’s due to a software update. It’s so strange that my battery now won’t even last a half day but until last week it was lasting me 3-4 days per charge. The battery and not tracking steps and heart rate all happened at the same time.

My device won’t sync either now. What a joke. Talk about planned obsolescence. Out of nowhere everything stops working. Last Fitbit device for me. Good luck to all.
