Ionic stopped tracking steps and heart rate

My Ionic has stopped tracking steps and heart rate. Every thing else still works I have tried everything including a factory reset. It's still counting calories and telling me to move every hour🤷‍:female_sign: really annoying as it's only 2 years old!!  

I bought a HR5 2 weeks ago but will be taking it back as it's awful screen to small and don't fancy running with my reading glasses on😂  and no side buttons all swiping to stop exercises etc.......

 

Anybody got any ideas on how to fix my ionic please?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In addition to the restart, I would recommend setting up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1637181317127.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
