My fitbit ionic stopped working when swimming. The battery was charged to 100% the day prior so that was not the cause, however the next day I put it on the charger and it flickered twice then nothing else except dead screen. The charger works on my girlfriends watch but nothing displayed on mine.
Disappointing as this is the second ionic to die on my in 10 months and to top if off will lose my money invested in step bet.
Is there any support that can be offered for a dead watch? Replacement?
