Bought my Ionic on 6-21-19 after my Charge died after around 18 months. So, I've spent around $500 with Fitbit in less than 3 years, and once again I don't have a working fitness watch. Y'all keep on posting to the community, spending hours researching, updating, working on why your Fitbit still isn't working, not charging, display dies, won't hold a charge, etc etc etc. I'll save my time in the future (and my money) by not having another Fitbit. If there's one thing I've learned in my 63 years, it's that it's a whole lot easier to eliminate aggravations from my life than it is to count on someone else (especially when it's a company instead of an actual person that can be reasoned with) to solve my problems. I'm done - peace out!

I suffered the same and the answer of FITBIT shame me...!!!
I changed to Garmin and everything is perfect, another level of device, more accurate and not fake as FITBIT

My fitbit also suffered sudden death. Tried all the troubleshooting advice i.e. clean, dry, leaving on charger but to no result, still not charging. VERY UPSET!
Does fitbit offer replacement?
