Ionic stopped working after 15 mins swim in sea

I had a short swim in Sea today and Ionic has gone blank since then. I have tried reset button no of times and does not work. It was not deep sea diving. 

What should I do?

I'm sorry to see you've experienced some difficulties after swimming with the watch; thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart process as well. 

 

While sending your information to the Customer Support team I've been informed that you already have a case created with them and they're providing you assistance with this. You should be getting a reply soon.
