After 2 Years and 1 month it´s not possible any more to start my Ionic. After contacting support and spending hours to get them starting again the engineer suggested to buy a new one and to throw the old in the trash because there is NO repair possibility. Never ever fitbit again! 300euro into trash after 2 years. No Comment!
