I've had my Ionic since October 2017 - it's been a great device.
A few days ago, I went swimming with it for the first time, and it counted lengths accurately, and reported them back to the app, everything went well, woohoo!
Then, when I got a low battery notice, I set it up to charge, and it doesn't appear to have charged since, and is now non-responsive.
I've tried the "charge and reset" approach, but nothing even comes on the screen - it stays off no matter what combination I've tried.
Is it completely dead?

your watch and everybody else's has a bad seal some are better than others. They did not test this watch properly nor do they even care to make it right. I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction I'm right there in that boat with you.
