Hi, I went swimming yesterday and my Ionic stopped working. I initially thought the battery ran out so I went home and tried to charge it but it didn't turn on. I eventually got it started but it goes straight to stopwatch mode and get stuck.
I have tried loads of factory resets but the same problem occurs??

Hi Liliya,
My Fitbit is doing exactly the same, all I have use of is the time screen when the left hand button is pressed. No sensing is happening as green LEDs no longer appear to work.
Very disappointing after full factory reset and losing data. Heart rate was one of my most important features😒
Best regards
