After the firmware update my device is stuck in flashing diamond screen. To make a long story short all I was offered was a 25% discount on a new item. What kind of company can destroy your device and then ask you to spend more $$$ with them. I have been a Fitbit customer for over 4 years. So sad to be saying goodbye.
