I'll explain what happened with mine. I had 65% battery and hadn't had Bluetooth on saw 0% flash up on my screen, thought that's odd I'll charge it. No charge. Just a back light and the fitbit symbol.
I left it two days and it started working again happy days!!! Then last night lying in bed I fell something weird happen on my wrist and the screen just half fell off.
Think yours may have the same issue mine was water inside it I think as I bathed the dog that day and it was fine before that. There is another thread on here called fitbit died and there was like so many of us it happened too in one day. If yours is in warranty (2 years) get fitbit to replace it.
