Ionic stopped working and won't charge

I woke up to find my ionic not working even though it had 66% battery that night. Doesn't charge or resets. I've cleaned the connection and changed charging cables but nothing. Help please

Same thing on mine this morning - if I press the left button it flashes "Exercise" but the actual options for which exercise don't appear.  I wanted to hard reset but my bottom right button has been frozen for several months so can't do that either.  I called them - they said it's dead in the water.  Very frustrating

I could still get to the apps - so I tried to go to settings so I could force a factory reset or shutdown - unfortunately it just froze on the Settings screen.  I'm not sure exactly what I did but I think I pressed the top and back button for a bit - and somehow I got the fitbit logo and now it seems to be working again.  Not sure exactly what i did

I recommend following the complete troubleshooting instructions including a restart at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thank you for your reply, I have tried your advice but it still does not work. Dead as a dodo! All this happened the same night I switched my phone from android to IPhone not sure if that’s just a coincidence or not 🤔
