Ionic stopped working in the middle of an update

My fitbit was in the middle of an update which failed (battery full) now will not switch back on or show charging.  Anybody have the same issue.  Tried holding 3 buttons for 12 seconds - nothing???

I would like you to try a factory reset and after this, try charging it
