I purchased an ionic in June. It last 3 weeks. Fitbit sent me another one. This one stopped working yesterday. Factory resets don’t work. When charging it gets super hot to touch. I rang customer services and without doubt the worst experience I have ever had on any product I have ever bought. The customer service rep was terrible and seemed to struggle to understand anything. Really unhappy and frustrated at expensive product which constantly fails
