I've had my Fitbit Ionic for a bit over 12 months and it recently stopped working after installing the latest update.

@aminia Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you've had your Ionic for over 12 months. 

 

I would like you to provide me with more details about what you're experiencing. Is your Ionic turning on?
