I am a new user. My Ionic has stopped working. Please give me clear simple steps to get it working. I need to know:
How to clear the App of all previous accounts
How to get the system synched
How to download the fitbit App to my Ionic device

The device pairs to your unique email address and your account data is kept under your password.
Clearing off all old data on the device - click for directions.
How to set up - click again.
The app is downloaded to your computer, smartphone or tablet, not the actual device.
