My ionic just quit working and dropped dead in the middle of night. It used to charge just fine and work for 4 days with normal usage ao tue battery was not deax. Not sure what happened. I see that a lot of other users had the same problem and the only option left was to throw it away. Is there some place where we can have it looked at as i do not want to just throw away a $250 watch!!!
Fitbit has no repair centers and they do not stand by their products. You can keep throwing cash at them and buy new devices every year or two, or go find another product made by a reliable and trustworthy company.
