Ionic stoppped synching on iphone8

All of a sudden my ionic decided it no longer wanted to sync with my phone. It’s been 2 days and I’m still unable to sync again despite trying everything that’s been recommended... restarted Fitbit, restarted phone, turned Bluetooth off and on, deleted and reinstalled app, deleted and reinstalled Fitbit. I’m really hoping to avoid a hard restart and lose all my data. What am I missing here?

Mine won't sync with my Android either! It worked for the first 3 days and now it doesn't. It's been almost two weeks.

Alright, so i finally managed to get it to sync, but is constantly losing Bluetooth connection and I have to restart my Fitbit for it to work. My ionic is literally one year old. I’m thinking an apple watch is in my future.
