Ionic strap broke

Hi, the strap on my Ionic has broken, my FitBit is still in warranty so I tried the replacement strap form on the website however, because i've had a replacement before it won't allow me to complete the form.

I then emailed FitBit support and got an automated reply stating there is no email support.

Is there any other way to contact FitBit? I have a product with warranty but no way of using the warranty.
