Ionic strap coming away from the watch

Hi,

 

I have an Ionic watch and the strap has puckered and come away from the watch. Please give me a contact address that I can send more details to.

Hello @Run_Rabbit_Run. you will find contact info by tapping on your picture in the top right which will open a slide out menu. 

Alternatively taping on the help link found below or under settings in the Fitbit help will also get you the contact info. Then there is also Google.
