Ionic strap

I have an ionic slate blue and burnt orange 

ive had it for 18 mobthd

the strap is coming away

i would like the same strap

as a replacement but can’t locate one 

any ideas or advice. 
mans wiukd it be under guarantee with Fitbit

Hi @Anju70,

 

You might want to look at Amazon or eBay, sometimes they have cheaper bands than Fitbit and they work just as well!  Every time I get a new tracker, I use those sites to find woven bands and have had no issues!
