If Bluetooth setup slecetd, update fails after 1%
if WiFi setup selected it says “cannot connect to device” but the device is connected on settings page.

@Spangal Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with Ionic. It looks like the issue you are having has to do with a firmware update as the device is connected on your settings page.
In this case, please try these update troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. This should certainly help you out with this.
Also, what version of the iPad Pro are you using? Fitbit currently supports iPad Pro 12.9" and iPad Pro 9.7". If you are not using any of those; you might like to try with a different supported device.
