Ionic stuck/flashing logo

Does anyone know how to get my IONIC to start?

The battery went dead after a day of working in the yard and it was placed into the charger.

However, the logo is slowly flashing and the factory/standard reboot are not responding.

Ugh...

I have the same issue. On Saturday mine just started to display the flashing logo until it died. I tried the three button reboot and even deleted the account and still nothing. I updated to the latest firmware about 1 week ago

I ended up getting an Apple watch. Fitbit wouldn’t repair or replace it.
