I have been having all sorts of issues with my ionic the last few days. Never had any problems until I updated the firmware. It started out not syncing properly to my phone and then the clock started losing time.
Last night after a long time trying to sync to my phoneI managed to get it to sync to the computer but only while it was charging (couldn't do it with Bluetooth). This was all after multiple times of turning Bluetooth & phone on & off, reinstalling the fitbit app & restarting the tracker.
Tonight afer more drama I decided to factory reset it & now all I get it a flashing fitbit logo. Now I've got a useless watch... Might have to drag out my old blaze which I don't really want to have to do

A warm welcome to the Community @Roades! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting performed.
It sounds like your Ionic didn't finish the firmware update and that's why it's showing the Fitbit logo. I would like you to double check that you have the latest firmware version which is 27.33.1.30.
Please try to perform a restart and then if it's still not syncing to your account, try these steps Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I am having the same problem, Roades. I decided to do a factory reset of my Ionic to see if it would fix my power problem. I have to charge it two to three times a day or it dies.
Every since I did the reset, all I see is the Fitbit logo and a scrolling "Welcome" message in numerous languages with the setup address. I went to the setup page but I don't konw where to go from there.
I have to say, I'm disappointed with my Ionic overall. I like the features but I always have trouble syncing it and this power/battery problem makes it almost useless.

I'm having the same issue. So far I have figured out that you have to unpair it from you phone then repair it and delete it from your device. Then go through set up a new tracker to your device. Im getting stuck on my phone trying to find a wifi network, which is odd because my phone is connected to it but the app wont find it. So completely frustrated!

@tmtipton74 Thanks for mentioning what has worked for you. In this case, I would like you to restart your Ionic and then try to set it up once again.

I am having the same problem! It's March 2020! I don't know what to do. My watch has been out of commission for over a week now. This is not good fitbit. Not good. Too many ppl have this issue And there seems to be no real solution.
