My fibit ionic was working just fine for the past few days untill today, i took it to the pool for the first time since it said it was 'water resistant', i did some searching to see if it was fine if i took it underwater and mostly people were saying you can take it. after coming home i started experiencing issues like the buttons wont work and the display would stuck on a app. After some time the buttons started working and i could use it as usual, but i needed to charge it as it had low battery, i put it on charging and after some time i came and checked it was stuck on 20%. I left it there for another hour or so but nothing still the same, i dont really want to try the factory reset option as it is working fine, only the battery is not charging if there are any suggestions please reply, thank you.

Hi @Mk_s  the Ionic is under a voluntary recall, so there is no support to help you with this. Why not check into the recall as it reimburses you for the device. click to learn more
