Hi. My ionic is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I charge it, and it does nothing but stick on the logo. I tried various methods for resetting it but no good. For instance if I hold down all buttons after ten seconds it goes off but no matter what I try (variations on prior posts) I never get the vibrations that are supposed to follow. Just a blank screen. Charge again and I get the logo...round and round I go.

I don't know what "various methods for resetting" includes but you need to do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
