I was given my ionic two years as a gift. The ionic is now stuck on the logo screen after being stuck on a loop/logo screen for two days. I contacted customer support and they said since it’s past the 1 year warranty I’m out of luck. They did give me a 25% coupon so I could spend another $200 on a product that might break in a year.
I’m very disappointed in Fitbit. How can you be recognized as a reputable company when you can’t stand behind the quality of your product?
i guess I’ll finally jump ship to the Apple Watch

Have you tried to setup the ionic?

Yes. I can’t get the device out of the logo/boot screen and therefore can’t enter the setup function.
