I'm at the end of my tether... Please someone show me mercy (or lend me some pateince).

I've had my Ionic for about 18 months and I love it! Got a new haewai lite and tried to set it up. Nope! So thought I would go for a favtoey reset via the watch itself : settings/about/factory reset. Now I stsrted this last night (over 12 hrs ago)... The watch is still stuck oh the fb icon and then it contonues to say hi! Got to Fitbit setup.. the it continues to say the same thing over and over but in a different language.

Anyone any ideas what I can do??

If possible try another mobile device to connect to.  But has been reported by many that a factory reset has bricked their device.  Tech Support might offer you some help.  Try that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

Thanks. I've ended up basically reinstalling it on my old Samsung s7 and it worked fine.  I think it's a device compatibility issue with haewai phones which is a massive disappointment!
