I just purchased my fitbit on 10/15/17 - I've had to call Fitbit 3 times....the first time I couldn't get past the terms and conditions but a simple reset of my phone fixed that...second time was because my fit bit is stuck in phase 3 of synching ....I have a black screen with blue dots, then the blue shows up from syncing then goes black again, over and over

the Ionic's screen is showing the Fitbit logo with a black background. Then a blue bar appears on the watch growing in width from left to right?
This isn't the watch syncing, it's the watch updating its software. Was the Wi-Fi setup (done just before the watch's software is updated) successful? How wide did the blue bar get before starting over? Did it cover the entire width of the screen? During a successful initial setup of the Ionic watch, this blue bar will appear , grow in width to cover the screen, starts over and grows in width to cover the screen before turning green to indicate a successful update. Twice though, not "over and over".
