Hello, really need some help please. My Ionic has been stuck with the logo on the screen for weeks now.
I've tried the reset with 3 buttons, 2 buttons, and let it die. I've deleted my settings and tried to reconnect.
Everytime it powers back on its stuck on the log .
Help pleas .

The key, in my case, was deleting the device from the app first.

Yeah, that hasn’t worked, but looked promising for a second! Sometimes I can get the vibration indicating the reset is successful, but then I get back to the logo screen in perpetuity.

And now the touch is frozen again. This is beyond annoying!

Customer care resolution was to replace it, under warranty, after this second issue.

Bummer! Mine is out of warranty😢

I had same problem and there is a chance that the battery is dead. I rebooted my fitbit three to four times and did factory reset only to have fitbit home screen tell me in the different language to go to fitbit setup.com and my fitbit would just stay on that screen. I also noticed the flashing lights on the back of my fitbit are gone. I was able to go through steps setting up a new fitbit which is what you're supposed to do and was able to get all the check marks and the new code to enter into my phone but when it was all said and done the fitbit just didn't work. This was my 4th fitbit in 6 years. I am done with this fly by night company. Good luck
