Last night I put the watch on charge and this morning it was stuck with a message that I needed to download the app.
obviously I have the app already installed and set up. In any case I have downloaded and have attempted to install and sync the watch multiple time with no success. The watch won’t display any thing other than the message above.
after the 100th time I noticed that the download appears to be going on my phone but a red x appears on my watch
35% into the download process and try’s again.
I have disconnected my ionic from my phone/app. Deleted the app and did a factory reset on the watch. still not able to get the watch past the message. It is completely unusable at this point.
I have to believe that the firmware that was just released 3 days ago is the cause.
how do I fix?
