The oddest thing is that I'm seeing LOTS of different threads with people reporting that their Ionic suddenly died today. What the heck is going on Fitbit?! I've been a Fitbit user for over fours years, but if you customers don't get satisfactory answer, I'm going to another company.
I've tried all the proposed remedies in the other threads; holding the back and bottom buttons, holding all three buttons, charging, etc. Nothing.
Why should I ever buy another one of your devices?!

Yeah. I got the offer for a price reduction on my next Fitbit device, but that's just throwing good money after bad. I'm going with Garmin or Samsung this time.
