Ionic suddenly shutdown and doesn't turn on

My lonic was suddenly shutdown at 1:49am(PT) and I am unable to turn it on completely.

A warm welcome to the Community @Bob-lonic. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic suddenly shutdown. I would like you to make sure you've restarted it and fully charge it because it can be that the battery ran out and that's why it stopped working.

Hello, my Ionic did the same thing last night. It was fully charged and around 10pm it just stopped working. I tried the reset and can’t get anything on the screen. The only sign of life is the green light on the back. Please help

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that the only sign of life you're getting is the green light on the back, please confirm you've tried restarting it following these steps.
